Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology/societal trend forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive innovations and market disruptors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term strategy
- Present insights at industry conferences and publish white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, space, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, Delphi 2.0, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
