- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders across academia and industry
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' synthesizing predictive insights
- Advise product development teams on long-term technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal forecasting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of influencing C-level strategy with future-oriented insights
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major foresight projects delivered
