- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, bio-digital convergence)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Manage innovation portfolio with KPIs tracking adoption and ROI
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Experience leading multi-million dollar innovation initiatives
- Strong network in tech venture capital and research communities
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
