Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces and emerging opportunities
- Produce actionable reports on technological convergence, geopolitical shifts, and behavioral trends
- Design scenario-planning models to quantify risks and opportunities in dynamic markets
- Partner with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
