Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation lab
- Publish thought leadership whitepapers on societal impact of 2026 tech shifts
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
