We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead the development of our flagship Project 2026 initiative. Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end solutions for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define technical strategies, standards, and best practices for cloud infrastructure and microservices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt proactively.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Technical Lead role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with AI/ML integration and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
