Responsibilities
- Define the Strategic Vision: Architect the long-term product roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, identifying key opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and disruptive technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Present high-level concepts and progress updates to executive stakeholders and board members, translating complex data into clear narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, engineering, and design teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource distribution to maximize impact on the 2026 strategic goals.
- Operational Excellence: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the Horizon Initiative and ensure agile delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or R&D leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in complex environments with a strong focus on future-proofing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate raw data into actionable strategic insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks (AI, Cloud, Web3) and a keen interest in future technologies.
