Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for complex computational problems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological qubits)
- Document architectural blueprints and provide technical guidance to quantum engineers
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST quantum standards preferred)
