Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging disruptions in AI, space tech, and neurointerfaces
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption across enterprise divisions
- Facilitate C-level workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future paradigms
- Build and manage an innovation incubator pipeline with $50M+ annual funding capacity
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial ventures or product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Executive-level experience in scenario planning and strategic risk modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent discipline
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, etc.)
- Experience building innovation ecosystems with Fortune 500 partners
