Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market disruptions and opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead high-stakes innovation workshops using design thinking and systems modeling methodologies
- Author proprietary trend reports and white papers published in peer-reviewed journals
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex foresight into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advose executive teams on emerging risks and strategic pivots using probabilistic modeling
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MSc) in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published trend forecasts
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-LE, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
