Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with market transformation potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from industry reports, academic research, and patent databases
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefs and visualizations translating complex futures into business opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed narratives and compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario development methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech, finance, or healthcare sectors
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and their societal implications
