- Lead cross-functional think tanks with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational DNA
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts and market disruptions using advanced analytics
- Curate and deliver visionary keynotes at global innovation summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Secure $10M+ innovation budgets through data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Academy incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals or white papers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative discipline
- Proven track record of implementing exponential technologies generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and agent-based modeling
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
- Speaker credentials at TED, WEF, or equivalent global innovation forums
