Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their commercial implications
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and future-proofing
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Build external partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
