- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation lab focused on 3-5 year technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies with 8+ years of innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
