Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments and market trend forecasts
- Design and lead innovation sprints focused on next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech applications
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into corporate planning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate emerging technologies
- Present foresight insights to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of innovation analysts and futurist researchers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFS) required
