Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 product roadmaps for AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to co-create 2026-ready solutions
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion patent development for proprietary 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in AI ethics, climate tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Experience scaling teams from prototype to enterprise solutions
- Portfolio of patented technologies or industry-disrupting products
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety, or carbon capture tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
