Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks that anticipate market shifts 18-24 months ahead
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with $2B revenue growth targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI, and NASA JPL
- Mentor 15-person innovation lab through quarterly hackathons and quarterly trend summits
- Present strategic vision at CES, Web Summit, and exclusive Davos roundtables
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 paradigm-shifting products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in scenario planning for exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or Harvard Business Review on tech disruption
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python for global collaboration
- Hold 5+ patents in machine learning or distributed systems
