We are pioneering the technology landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. Apex Future Systems is seeking a Generative AI Research Engineer to lead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production deployment. You will define the architecture that powers our autonomous agents and generative content engines.
Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art generative models (LLMs, diffusion models) with a focus on efficiency and safety.
- Optimize inference pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency applications in production environments.
- Implement and enforce rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability and alignment with ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core product ecosystem.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research in 2026, adapting our roadmap to incorporate breakthrough technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) and deploying them on cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data governance.
