- Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate futuristic concepts into feasible technical solutions.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance across all new initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy for major product launches or infrastructure upgrades.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
