- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics) for strategic implementation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into existing product ecosystems
- Drive innovation initiatives through hackathons and R&D partnerships with leading universities
- Analyze global tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen technology adoption and implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them into business value
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong executive communication skills with demonstrated success in presenting complex concepts
- Certifications in Technology Strategy (CTS) or Innovation Management (CIM) preferred
