Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify emerging tech startups for acquisition
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through white papers and investor pitches
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Engineering with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience securing federal grants or DARPA-level funding
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of futuristic technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
