- Develop and implement a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive tech impacts on industry and society
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations while ensuring ethical deployment
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in commercializing future-facing technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Strong network with academic research institutions and tech startups
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management a plus
