Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) into our current architecture.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify disruptive trends that could impact the industry by 2026.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives for the next 2-3 years.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of long-term technical strategies.
- Manage a budget for future tech pilots and R&D initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on technical foresight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Proven track record of defining long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML trends, cloud architecture, and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
