Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive market shifts and regulatory impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-readiness methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle experience)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills with predictive analytics tools
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
