Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations
- Identify emerging trends and market gaps for disruptive product development
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and funding for future initiatives
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for 2026 technology adoption
- Mentor a team of 10+ specialists in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field from top-tier institution
- Experience securing Series B+ funding and managing P&L for innovation units
- Published research or patents in future technologies
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
