You'll pioneer methodologies for anticipating industry shifts, driving innovation pipelines, and preparing our organization for the technological inflection points of the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to synthesize technical possibilities with market opportunities
- Establish frameworks for technology readiness assessment and adoption roadmap prioritization
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse on future trends
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Present technology foresight insights to executive leadership and board of directors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
