Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
