Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical problems with minimal downtime.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with networking concepts, VPNs, and troubleshooting hardware peripherals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a significant plus.
