Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT ticket requests and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and essential software applications.
- Document all technical procedures, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Conduct basic hardware inventory checks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols, printers, and peripherals is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
