Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and resolve incoming help desk tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless system integration.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of network peripherals and printers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting, Active Directory, and remote access tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
