Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology innovation roadmap targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Create intellectual property portfolios covering future-facing innovations
- Present future technology frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technologies
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercial deployment
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
