Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Analyze emerging trends and synthesize actionable insights for executive leadership
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech disruptions with 90%+ accuracy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, neurotech, or Web3 ecosystems
