Responsibilities

- Tech Feasibility Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and prototyping of emerging technologies (e.g., advanced AI, quantum-ready infrastructure) to assess feasibility for production use.
- System Reliability: Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, uptime, and disaster recovery protocols for high-traffic environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Security & Compliance: Establish robust security frameworks and ensure compliance with international data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or AI Infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or Cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and optimizing large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive technical strategy and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
