Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale AI infrastructure designed to scale for the demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of Next-Gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Define the technical vision for autonomous decision-making systems and ethical AI protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable software products.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance with emerging global standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Machine Learning and AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
