Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3) for commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-gen product ecosystems
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Manage technology scouting and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
