Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with market demands and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future-facing solutions
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with measurable impact
