- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and competitive analyses in emerging tech verticals
- Manage innovation incubation programs for high-impact future technologies
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of launching or scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
