Responsibilities
- Design and articulate a comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure system scalability, security, and high availability for future workloads.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to break down complex long-term visions into actionable milestones.
- Prototype and validate architectural concepts to mitigate risks before full-scale implementation.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for future-proofing codebases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through major technological transitions.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and assess their impact on infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
