Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Design and architect core algorithms for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Strategic Vision: Define the 2026 research roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities in AGI and reinforcement learning.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy scalable AI prototypes from concept to production-ready code.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
- Publication & Patenting: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and secure patents for proprietary technologies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate complex research into tangible, user-centric AI products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of research experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision with a proven track record of innovation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers. Experience with distributed training systems is a plus.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated ability to publish in prestigious venues and contribute to open-source AI communities.
