Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI ethics frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Identify and prototype next-gen interfaces (brain-computer, holographic, etc.)
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Mentor 10+ engineers in emerging tech certification pathways
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech with 5+ years in strategic innovation leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neurotech
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interfaces
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep knowledge of DARPA/NIST tech forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- Active membership in IEEE Future Directions Committee
