Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable quantum circuits and error-correction protocols for superconducting and trapped-ion systems.
- Lead the development of high-level quantum programming interfaces (Q# and Python integration) to bridge the gap between hardware and user applications.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicists, cryptographers, and software engineers to solve complex computational problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum algorithms in real-world environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 product release cycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantum computing, quantum mechanics, or advanced hardware architecture.
