Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI architectures focusing on scalability and future-proofing for 2026 standards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and advanced predictive algorithms.
- Optimize existing machine learning models to reduce latency and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, quantum computing, and future tech to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
