Role Overview:
As our Future Tech Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities, managing R&D initiatives, and establishing partnerships with key industry innovators.
Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technology strategy and vision for the organization through 2026 and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives in AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing.
- Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify competitive advantages.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for strategic tech projects.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current workflows.
- Establish thought leadership through public speaking, white papers, and industry conferences.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with adopting new, unproven technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term technology strategies.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M.
