Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling billions of inference requests efficiently.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of proprietary Large Language Models and generative AI agents specific to the 2026 market needs.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Drive MLOps initiatives to reduce latency and improve model accuracy, ensuring real-time performance in production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- R&D Exploration: Research emerging trends in AI, including Neuromorphic computing and Quantum AI, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on LLMs and NLP.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed systems.
- Tools: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS SageMaker, or Google AI Platform.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
