Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural planning for our upcoming AI infrastructure releases, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design & Scalability: Design robust, high-performance systems capable of handling massive data throughput and complex AI model inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical research and production engineering, translating academic breakthroughs into deployable products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong focus on Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
