Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects with $10M+ budgets across 3 continents
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor 5+ researchers while fostering a culture of ethical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience scaling R&D teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
