Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Architect strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and monitor technological readiness indicators
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking capabilities across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, CEIM)
- Experience leading global technology initiatives across multiple continents
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (whitepapers, patents, or industry journals)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
