As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll identify emerging trends, evaluate disruptive technologies, and develop actionable strategies that position Nexus as an industry pioneer. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and translate complex technical concepts into scalable business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts
- Manage technology prototyping and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least 2 future-tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision skills
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with startup experience preferred
