- Strategic Visioning: Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies such as advanced AI, quantum-ready infrastructure, and next-gen cloud ecosystems.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Technical Architecture: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures that can withstand the demands of the next decade of user growth and data complexity.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging tech stacks, driving the adoption of tools that provide a competitive advantage in the market.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex future-state visions into actionable technical strategies for product managers, executives, and investors.
- Process Optimization: Implement DevOps and engineering best practices that ensure speed, security, and reliability as we scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity.
- Deep expertise in Future Tech trends, specifically Generative AI integration, Edge Computing, and SaaS scalability.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams through large-scale digital transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and align them with business goals.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
