Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology and product innovation roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging trends, specifically focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Spatial Computing, and Web3.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to align future-proof strategies with current capabilities.
- Lead high-impact innovation sprints and pilot programs to validate next-generation concepts.
- Present quarterly strategic insights, forecasts, and progress reports directly to the C-suite and key stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions to accelerate our 2026 vision.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and forward-thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in product strategy, technology consulting, or innovation management.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully forecasting tech trends and translating them into profitable business models.
- Deep, practical understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, spatial computing (AR/VR), and modern cloud architectures.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear strategies.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
